| A distinguished panel will address diverse topics regarding the use of ADR in Federal procurement. Prof. Thomas Stipanowich of Pepperdine University School of Law chairs the panel, and will address the impact that ADR and similar approaches have had on public procurement in the U.S., especially in the federal sector. Ms Joanna Jacobs, from the United States Department of Justice, will explore the findings and recommendations in the Attorney General’s recent Report to the President on Federal ADR. Ms Rachel Wohl will address recently published studies that examine what the private sector seeks from ADR providers and the lessons that they can teach for public procurement. | Professor Thomas J.
