The Air Force Negotiation Center of Excellence emphasizes negotiation skills as the foundation of effective leadership, mission-focus, and successful conflict resolution. The presenters will highlight its comprehensive training programs on interest-based and cross-cultural negotiation and building ADR capabilities to ensure negotiation skills become a core competency. The presenters will also explain the Air Force’s Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS) which demonstrates the Air Force’s commitment to building collaborative relationships at all levels.
