Nail guns are great labor-saving tools. But you wouldn’t use a nail gun to hang wall paper. Likewise, choosing the right ADR tool is important for ADR practitioners. Even if we do not have the time and resources to invest in every ADR tool on the market, certain tools are essential. For example, interest- based negotiation and active listening are tremendously helpful tools for ADR practitioners. This presentation will demonstrate how to use these essential tools and help you decide what you really need in your own toolkit.
